• NuWool® blown cellulous insulation... made from recycled newspapers, it's more energy efficient than traditional insulation and is mold resistant. It also helps stop air infiltration that causes drafts, and acts as a sound barrier.
• Programmable thermostat... cycles to automatically adjust the home's temperature and control energy usage.
• EnergyStar certification... we hire a 3rd party verifier to certify every home is at least 15% more energy efficient than the current energy code requires. Homes built on a basement with our high efficiency gas furnace will qualify for 50% improved efficiency on heating and cooling.
