Riverview Crossing Community Receives National Award

Holiday Homes, Inc., owner of Riverview Crossing and seven other land-lease communities, is one of the most successful companies in the manufactured housing industry. The owner of the company, Dan Rolfes, ensures that each of the eight land-lease communities in the tri-state area are managed to be award worthy. And they are just that.

Holiday Homes has once again has proven itself to be among the best in the country. The Manufactured Housing Institute, a national association that ensures continued quality of manufactured housing, has recently named Riverview Crossing of Harrison Ohio as Best Land-Lease Community in the region. Riverview Crossing is the newest land-lease community in the Holiday Homes family and was designed with excellence in mind.The sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that overlooks the community invokes a country club feeling with its oversized pool, adjoining sun decks, exercise facilities and full kitchen. When asked how this community is different from others, Rolfes explains, "A community lifestyle is encouraged within the community, and I believe that the residents of Riverview Crossing would agree that this is truly a master planned community...we couldn't be happier to win this award."

This is the second award of its kind that Holiday Homes has won for designing innovative land-lease communities. Princeton Crossing of West Chester, Ohio also received this award in 1998.
