A BRIEF HISTORY

Holiday Homes, Inc. opened for business in December 1968. It took a quarter century, but Daniel Rolfes, founder and CEO, has helped the manufactured housing industry evolve from selling "trailers" to selling quality, affordable housing. As a member of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute , the Ohio Manufactured Housing Association, and the National Manufactured Housing Institute, Holiday Homes is a proud leader in the industry.

In 1995, Freedom Homes was founded to better serve a wider variety of home buyers. Freedom Homes builds conventional site built homes in subdivisions and scattered sites in the Greater Cincinnati market. Because we understand the many options in the new home market, the addition of Freedom Homes has made Holiday Homes the #1 choice for any type of housing.

Our company has grown from its initial three employees into the largest manufactured housing retailer and developer in the Midwest. Holiday Homes is a true turn-key builder. Award-winning Sales Centers house a professional, well-trained staff to meet individual customers' needs. The Executive and Administrative Offices are involved and responsive. Our Finance and Insurance Departments have exclusive resources that can tailor a finance plan to meet individual customer needs.
